Our Present
ABNA Engineering provides
Engineering Design
Services
for transportation infrastructure, sewer systems and other civil
facilities. Additionally, ABNA provides Surveying, Geotech,
Construction Management and GIS/Planning
Services
for major public works
projects. Ranked as the 16th-largest Engineering firm in St. Louis
based on number of engineers, ABNA has provided design services on high
profile projects such as the new Lindbergh Tunnel at Lambert Airport,
the new Natural Bridge/Lindbergh Interchange, the new Mississippi River
Bridge, and I-70/I-270 Interchange. The firm has also received awards
from such organizations as MSD for Outstanding Engineering
Firm on the design of the Breckenridge to Baltimore Channel and
sanitary relief. In 1996, ABNA worked on a centerpiece Infrastructure
planning project for several Southern Illinois Communities that received
an award for Outstanding Planning by the Illinois Engineering Consulting
Council.

ABNA does 80% of its work
in the public arena for Federal Agencies such as the Department of
Defense; State Agencies, such as IDOT & MoDOT; Municipalities, such as
St. Louis, East St. Louis, Pagedale and other quasi-government agencies
such as MSD, Bi-State, East West Gateway and Lambert Airport. The other
20% involves work in the private sector for churches, developers and
small business owners.
Our Future
The company’s long range plans have
come to fruition with the
opening of offices in East St. Louis and Chicago to increase our Illinois
presence and enhance our work on the New Mississippi River Bridge and
the O’Hare expansion. ABNA has also increased its GIS services and
completed building a full service testing laboratory.
