Accounting Specialist
 

DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for coordinating day to day financial functions of the company including AR and AP, payroll and working closely with department and project managers to monitor costs on projects. Other responsibilities include working closely with our outside accountant to prepare quarterly reports, and preparing financial information needed for government proposals. The Accounting Specialist will also manage external financial relationships and monitor major project expenses and cost accounting. Candidates must have hands on experience with inputting data, creating reports, and transaction analysis using industry standard accounting software such as Quickbooks Pro or Enterprise. CPA is a Plus.

Structural Engineer-(2 Positions)

Full service Civil Engineering firm specializing in transportation, facilities, water/wastewater and construction management is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team of professionals in our St. Louis Headquarters.  

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing firm with solid growth projection and backlog. ABNA is looking to add long term members to their team of talented engineers. This position allows upward movement and we strongly encourage Project Engineers who want to move into management to apply.  

Minimum Requirements:
4 year degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
5-10 year work experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri or Illinois.
 
Knowledge of relevant software packages:
Including Microstation, Geopak and other 3rd party design software

Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in the State of Illinois is highly preferred.
Must be available to start no later than October 19, 2009.

LOCATION:
St. Louis with some travel required
